Collaboration

Creating art can be a highly personal experience, said one of my fellow art collaborators earlier today.  With no real limitations, a person could express anything and everything, whether consciously or not.  This is why collaboration is such an interesting concept.

Collaborating with others is a study in human psychology.  How much would a person be willing to expose of themselves when creating art when others are involved?  What sort of symbolism or themes could the viewer expect when an artist is working alone as opposed to working with others?

This collaboration session consisted mainly of a collection of random objects to get us going; that little red alarm clock dominated!
It was also really interesting introducing the organic aspect of the cut, slightly dried out limes.  Although they were decomposing, the citrus still smelled lovely.
This image looks to me like a giant robot alien bringing storm clouds!
